Come and join the multi-generational military family at Trinity!

If you are looking for a church home in Hampton Roads, you are invited to Trinity Lutheran! In our family you will find active duty and retired military from all branches of the service. You will find single men and women service members and military families. 

In our 90 year history, we’ve learned a lot about what it takes to serve in the United States military and how to support service members and their families during the stresses of everyday life and deployment. You will find a loving and supportive community that are there for each other to celebrate the good days and are there for support and prayers on the rough days.

Children can be part of a school that caters to military families with a loving and supportive while academically challenging and Christ centered PK3-5th grade curriculum. They can also be part of one of our two youth groups (JAM for grades 4-5 and Trinity Youth Group for Middle and High School) and our Sunday morning age appropriate classes.

Adults also have the opportunity to grow in their Christian faith through Sunday morning classes and regular Bible study opportunities throughout the week.  

The whole family can become involved in service at Trinity. In the past we have had groups work with the Food Bank, HER Shelter, the International Seaman’s House, and the Union Mission.We always welcome the Hampton Roads military community as part of our church family. Many military members take active leadership roles in Trinity even though they will only be in town for a few years. We can even equip you to serve as a Lay Leader while deployed!

WE NOW PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION to worship services on Sunday mornings from NOB! Pick-ups will be at the base chapel. Call the church office at 757-489-2551 to schedule a ride.
