Leadership Team

The leadership team at Trinity is made up of the Pastor, Trinity School Director and the members of Church Council. They work together to ensure that God’s work is done through the people of Trinity.

Council consists of the president, vice president, treasurer, financial secretary and recording secretary. Directors of boards make up the rest of council. Each board is made up of volunteers from the church who are passionate about carrying out God’s ministry at Trinity. There are 9 boards and one organization on council. Below is a short description of each board.

• Worship
  We plan and supervise the worship experience at Trinity.
• Deacons
  We assist the Pastor on all matters pertaining to the spiritual welfare of the congregation. They see that all members make faithful use of the means of grace, continue in the confession Church, conform their lives to God’s Word, and assist in the exercise of brotherly admonition and church discipline, keeping all matters of a private nature strictly confidential.
• Christian Growth
  We are responsible for planning, administering and supervising the total educational program of the Sunday school, Bible Study classes and periodic programs to advance the teaching of the Christian faith.
• Church Properties
  We plan for maintenance and repair of church property and the general protection of the congregation against loss or damage.
• Outreach
  We bring the Gospel to the un-churched and enlist all God’s people in the work of spreading the Gospel.
• Board of Day School
  Our goal is to train the whole child: body, soul and mind. Christian faith, knowledge, attitudes and conduct are emphasized. This enables the church, school and home to join bonds in providing a Christian education, while stressing God’s gracious promise of salvation through Jesus Christ and applying Christian truths to daily living, at the same time providing a thorough grounding in the educational subjects appropriate for each grade and age level.
• Board of Stewardship
  We help members of the congregation grow as faithful stewards of Jesus Christ as they carry out His mission and ministry in their personal lives and corporately. We also promote understanding and appreciation among members of the congregation of opportunities for worldwide mission and ministry through Synod and other agencies, and encourage their support.
• Youth Ministry
  We supervise and develop youth ministry.
• Special Ministries 
  We look for special ways to engage people in fellowship and mission while facilitating communication.
• Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML)
  We are open to all women involved at Trinity with a mission for outreach and personal spiritual development.
